The role involves applying quality management systems and tools, understanding EMS and manufacturing processes, supporting supplier approval and new product launches, following up on root cause analysis and corrective actions, collaborating on process improvement, documenting inspection results, reporting KPIs, and supporting data-driven decisions. Candidates should have a diploma in EEE, ECE, Mechanical or E&TC, 0 to 2 years of experience in automotive, EMS or electronics manufacturing, and basic knowledge of PCB operations, lean manufacturing, ISO standards, measurement techniques, MS Office and MS Outlook.
