Responsibilities include vulnerability and patch management, application and platform support for MATLAB, Docker and Python stacks in Linux, data center hardware and remote management, daily physical inspections, customer reporting, storage and backup operations, customer delivery and teamwork, networking fundamentals, automation of OS deployment and hardening, and ITIL and ServiceNow operations. The role is daily onsite with some on-call and weekend availability.
