Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience managing quality processes, fluency in Hindi and Punjabi with business-level English, basic to advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets and MS Word or Google Docs, and flexibility for rotational shifts. Content moderation experience is preferred, though freshers can be considered.
